Camping in Tanzawa

The family had a camping trip in Tanzawa mountain area in Kanagawa prefecture, on May 3 through 5. Though the first day was rainy day(Photo1), they enjoyed much outdoor cooking(Photo2), camp-fire(Photo3) and boating in lake Tanzawa(Photo4). In photo1 and 2, the family's car, Honda's Accord Wagon made in USA, is also taken.


Sports Day in Junior High School(Takeshi)

2000m Race Jumping Rope

The family enjoyed the Sports Day in a Junior High School where Takeshi is going to on June 8. Takeshi attended to several games, but was major player in these two games. He was an anchor in a 2000m race, and a rope player in a class-wide jumping rope game.



Junior High Scool Excurtion(Takeshi)

Byoudouin Kinkakuji

Takeshi's Junior High School made a school excurtion to Nara and Kyoto from June 23 through 25. Takeshi has been to Nara Park(Famous for Deer) and Daibutsu(=Big Budda) in Nara, Byoudouin(Photo1), Kinkakuji(=Golden Temple:Photo2), Ryoanji(Famous for rocky garden), Ninnaji(Famous for cherry blossom) and Nijo Castle in Kyoto.

A short trip to Oiso(Junko)

Suikeisou Miki Sawada Memorial Hall

Junko made a short trip to Oiso(In Japanese)in Shonan area with her friends in Shane English School Corporation. She enjoyed a Japanese traditional dinner course "Kaiseki-Ryouri"(Ryouri means cooking) at Suikeisou. She also visited and impressed at Miki Sawada Memorial house. Miki Sawada is famous for her support to Elizabeth Sounders' Home, where many war orphans were well brought up.
