Elementary School Excurtion(Haruka)

Kegon-no-Taki Toushougu

The Elementary School Haruka is going to made a excurtion trip to Nikko(In Japanese) on September 9 to 10. Nikko is famous for the beautiful fall named "Kegon-no-Taki"(Taki means a fall. Photo1) and "Toshogu", where the 1st Shogun of Edo-era, Ieyasu Tokugawa, is sleeping(Photo2). In thse photos, Haruka is 5th from the right in Photo1 and 4th of the 2nd row from the right in Photo2. He wares glasses in these photos.

Kiba-Sen Suzu-Wari

The family enjoyed the Sports Day of a Elementary School where Haruka is going to on September 27. Haruka attended to a game "Team Gymnastics"(Upper Left and Right). He also attended to a game named "Kiba-sen"(Lower Left). In the game, teams consist of 1 rider and 3 horses fight to pick up enemy's towels around their head. He attended not only as a player but also as an assistant. He worked as a placard carrier in a "Suzu-wari", a game to break a golden or silver bell in which a celebration drop curtain is included.

Toru, Junko and Haruka enjoyed hiking in "Ten-En" hiking course at Kamakura city on October 19. It took 3 hours, so that Haruka was tired much. At the starting point, "Han-So-Bo" in "Kenchoji" temple, there were many statues of "Karasu-Tengu", which is a crow(Karasu means a crow) style goblin of the mountain(Lower ).


Salon Concert(Toru)

Toru is a member of "Solon Concert". That is a club in his company to enjoy plays of "rookies" in Japanese classic music at a hall of Takematsu branch, which is one of his company's factory. The club holds 6 or 7 concerts per year, this time young violinist played various good musics including Bach's Sonata. After the concert, he enjoyed a conversation with her and a pianist, who is a sister of the violinist, at the bar.
