The Yamasaki Family

Toru Toru
 He is a research planning manager of the document company. He loves liquors and classic music.
Junko Junko
 She is a homemaker. She likes to play tennis and skiing.
Takeshi Takeshi
 He is going to high school. His favorites are playing basketball and watching American movies.
Haruka Haruka
 He is going to junior high school. He enjoys playing PlayStation and watching American movies.

Our homepage was open on Feb.11.1997, same day as the National Foundation Day of Japan

Anyway, 2 photos under the homepage title shows the framed painting and the hanging scroll in our house. The words of the left framed painting came from Toru's grandmother and ware written by his mother(by the way, the father painted the background picture), and it means " Patience is important in the life, it creates happiness". On the other hand, the right hanging scroll is a gift of Toru's uncle, the sentence means "The life is happy",maybe the same meaning as that of the framed painting, if we consider the fact that the sentence comes from a religious person. Even if our life is sometimes hard, we would like to talk about it with brightness like "Californian blue sky".

Under the photos, there is a photo of a tablet really hung in the living room of my house. This tablet was formerly hung in a entrace room of my grand parents' "Ryokan"(Japanese traditional hotel), which had been located in Yunotsu-town(Japanese) of Shimane prefecture. The large characters of the tablet, reading them in old Japanese style from right to left, means "Take a rest occasionally". The small characters in the left side shows the writer's name, but I don't know him.
